A limited audience, a limited window of time, and the launch of a new program. That’s the CCPA — a new program for ages 18-25, offering a second chance to get their high school diplomas. It’s a campaign strategy that requires locating this unique audience (or their influencers of family/friends), and then identifying their emotional pain point (job/career limitations, new family demands, etc.), and championing their interest to pursue a commitment that has been a barrier in the past — school. Like the first CCPA graduating classes, the campaign triumphed with significant lead-generation toward enrollment in the program.
